Welcome to Felice Mattress. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website felicemattress.com.au and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. All references to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Felice Mattress, and “you” refers to the purchaser/customer.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products listed on the site are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational issues.

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 

3. Payment

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods specified at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Consumer Guarantees

  • Your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure and compensation for any associated reasonably foreseeable loss. 

6. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Felice Mattress excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or use of products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
