  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where applicable.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer than standard delivery timelines.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional / Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website and applied automatically at checkout.


5. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Mattresses are delivered to the ground floor / building entrance only, unless otherwise stated.

  • Assembly, unpacking, or removal of old mattresses is not included, unless explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where available).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates using the provided tracking link.


7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue for prompt resolution.


9. Delays

  • While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Felice Mattress is not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We will, however, proactively assist in tracking and resolution where possible.
