Returns – Change of Mind

Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Returns – Faulty or Defective Products

If your mattress is faulty or defective, contact customer support with photos and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide options for repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Items that show signs of significant wear, misuse, or are not in original packaging may be refused return or refunded at our discretion.
