Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. 

Returns – Change of Mind

  • Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If you wish to return an item for any reason other than fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Returns – Faulty or Defective Products

  • If your mattress is faulty or defective, contact customer support with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will provide options for repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact support at support@felicemattress.com.au.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the return reason.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by customer service.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Exclusions

  • Items that show signs of significant wear, misuse, or are not in original packaging may be refused return or refunded at our discretion.
